It is a tough month. You're not alone, there are tons of people including me in a similar situation. I agree with you, a mental escape plan is really important, sometimes you just need to take a step back and reassess the situation. For me, it's video games and playing with my dogs! Lastly, I think this is the perfect timing to improve our technical skills, do some coding quizzes, (e.g HackerRank, LeetCode, Codewars, etc) or a fun project! I believe things happen for a reason so let's be patient and things will eventually get better :)
