As someone who experiences the identically same issues (I'm also on the spectrum and have the same problems you've stated), I appreciate this post. I've come to the same conclusions with your solutions.
For me, I was able to solve for Restlessness by introducing exercise and meditation in the morning. It significantly calms me down and also helps with a lot of the other solutions (like Focus). I will say, that's introduced it's own problem of sometimes overdoing workouts and being too tired.
Although, I will say I can see this solution not working well if sleep is an issue, because you certainly need enough sleep if you're waking up earlier to fit a workout and meditation in in the morning.
