What is Tailwind CSS
Short-note - Tailwind CSS is the most popular utility-first CSS framework in the world for rapidly building custom user interfaces for the web. It is a highly customizable collection of low-level CSS utility classes written in PostCSS destined to be customized using JavaScript.
This CSS framework created by Adam Wathan, downloaded 10 million times until Aug.2020, comes with a new concept: it’s utility-based, which means you start with a collection of CSS primitives and code the entire UI from the bottom.

Tailwind Svelte Starter
This version is my favorite and I'm playing a lot with it, mostly for my own learning activities. The product is nicely documented and anyone with basic Javascript knowledge can code a small project with ease.
