Ubuntu 20.04 Dev Environment setup (Laravel)

A friend on Twitter suggest i post this on here to help get some traction to my post.

Over the last 6 months I've probably rebuilt my Linux environment from scratch 20 times (moving over from mac and learning :) ).

as such i've found snippets and articles all over the web and decided to publish em to a post for building the dev environment from scratch!
