open file folder
click the logo of split-road.
click initialize
add new file in traditional way
go back to split-road logo, add plus logo to track it ,and say something and clikc the click as committing.
if everything is committed for this branch, a publish icon shows up.
if new file modfication is then done, the publish icon goes away and step 4-5 can be repeated there.
Publish, you upload.
