Webflow vs WordPress: Which One is Best for You?

Webflow vs Wordpress

When people hear about blogging, the name that comes to their mind mostly - is WordPress, a content management system. But there are other content management systems as well, like Webflow. Most of the features in Webflow are built-in. That means, unlike WordPress, there's no need to buy hosting and plugins - though some are free. Everything in Webflow is just drag and drop.

In WordPress, if you want to improve your design or make a theme, then you want to use a WordPress theme. Otherwise, there's no need for coding or a developer. In Webflow as well, since every theme is almost modern, there's no need to do coding. But when it comes to control and flexibility, WordPress has left Webflow in the dust. In WordPress, you can control how your website functions and looks.

When it comes to pricing, WordPress itself doesn't have its own prices. But yes, you have to pay for domain and hosting. Contrarily, in Webflow, the cost varies. If you go for a premium theme, of course - you have to pay more.

But as far as blogging is concerned, WordPress is considered better for blogs. That's partly because it's easy to work in it. Contrarily, in Webflow, you have to put your content in chunks kinda blocks.

Further, in WordPress, more than 10 users can work at a time. That's not the case in Webflow. Their premium package allows only 10 writers to work at a time. And if you want to update your content, you can directly do it on the page. In WordPress, you have to go to the dashboard to change it.

And if you are someone who is not into SEO technicalities, Webflow is best. Lots of SEO-related changes are automatically made in Webflow. In WordPress, you have to download different plugins to optimize your websites for search engines. But when it comes to customer support, WordPress pales in comparison to Webflow. Since Webflow requires its users to pay them monthly fees, it provides customer support as well.
