When you publish an article on dev.to you have an option to set a cannonical Url, which should be a link to the blog post on your own website. This way search engines know where the content was originally posted.
For this to work though, you would have to post the content on your website first, and not just import it from dev.to. This is a general advice I've seen in different places including from people here on dev.to.
