I attended Azure Fundamentals Training online, Below is the answer from a Microsoft Azure expert:
Service Fabric is built to support windows containers so if you're looking at deploying windows containers then sure however the industry standard is Docker containers these days and to use Kubernetes (AKS) to run docker containers in production :)
