What are the most important features you need in your logging product?

Personally, I think the feature that I need is the ability to save a view of my logging data. When I'm troubleshooting services, I tend to be looking for the same data in the logs each time. Being able to save the query I normally use, the columns of attributes I normally look at, and maybe a relative time window is key.
