Standups, retrospective games, planning, team-bonding, communication.

That's what i think, and they are all equally important in my world.
I do not think i could lead a productive team without em.

On a side note, i started working on a place that uses OKR management strategy and i equally enjoy that. :)

@sebbdk My company is now adopting more OKR principles within management strategy, I was interested in knowing how you felt about it from your time mentioned?

If it’s adopted properly it works well, and since it’s a simple repetitive pattern it’s makes delegation pretty straightforward.

Over all I like it, it needs to be adopted from the top and all the way down to be effective.

I also felt it made interruptions easier to identify, fx. An important business value popping up midway during an OKR
