If we leave the equality argument to the side and that's a sensitive subject, I simply believe we should welcome as many points-of-views and ways of problem-solving. A woman was instrumental in creating the computer that cracked the Enigma code. Without her, we may have lost months of time and 10's of thousands of deaths. The fact this discussion is still going is ridiculous.
