You have to go to your dashboard:

After that there is a new button with "Upload Video" under the analytics!
You'll come to a dev.to page that looks like this:
Now you can select a video that you want to upload. It will look like that:
After that it looks like before; you can upload a video again. But if we go to our article, here is a draft with the video inside:
You may have to wait a bit longer for the video to fully upload. But when it's done, it looks like this:
I have already included a video in my post on how to activate god mode in Windows 11:
You can also adjust the thumbnail in the field. All you have to do is change the url!

I uploaded a video, still waiting after about three hours, and no email. Should I abandon this?
@karenpayneoregon Sorry for the late reply, but when you upload a video, a new article is saved as a draft, which can then be seen on the dashboard. You then have to edit this design.

No worries on a late reply. I waited three hours in the article draft and no email so I gave up. Can't imagine why nothing happened. A super small video done in Camtasia as a MP4.
Can you then embed the video in a post? I've been trying now for hours to just get a simple video in my post as I was able to do in the past, to no avail :(
My Analytics page has no buttons on it at all — including no "Upload Video" button. Has something changed?
Oh never mind — I see it's on the main dashboard page, not on the analytics page.
