Indeed. I've tried so many over the years, but I really love the trackpad on the macbook pro. I'm thinking of replacing the mouse with an independent trackpad unit. A regular mouse is definitely bad for the posture and wrist in the long run.

I would add that mouse is important, and it is worth considering ergonomic mouse with trackball.
Agreed, I switched to an ergonomic mouse and keyboard a year or two ago and it made a huge difference. I use this one: Microsoft Sculpt
well, I used it for like three years and then palm started to hurt :| switched to Logi MX Ergo and it helped.

I've seen a lot of keyboards that are "split" like that but not that one exactly with the different modules you can add in - pretty cool idea
