I've been a professional webdev for only 3 years, so I'm very much a beginner. Here's my stance on the issue :
The best content is sometimes written by beginners themselves. They know what's easy and what's hard for fellow beginners
The quality of beginner content doesn't depend on how advanced the tech skill of the author is, it depends on the clarity of the author.
The worse content is usually the content hastily written (or worse, plagiarized) in order to increase visitor counts or make money (Looking at you, that-other-website-where-developers-write !)
The best content is usually the content you wished to find as a beginner, but never found; therefore you decided to write it yourself. It is motivated by a genuine desire to help rather than self-interest.
