Novice managers and junior developers can fall into a trap that one on one catch ups just become an update on sprint work. This isn't the time for that - other ceremonies such as stand up exist for that. Your one on one time with your manager is your time to talk about your career, teamwork, soft skills, goals. You should be talking to your manager about all of these such that you become a better developer.
