Network limitation of Blink security camera

1. it supports IPv4 only
2. the MTU of all sections of network to its API server must equal or greater than 1500 (for example it will not work if a section is tunneled by pptp, which MTU is 1450)
3. it uses HTTPS (tcp port 443) to upload video stream (boths real time and motion detection) and thumbnail
