Free gift card for ~15m taking my thesis research survey

Hello! I was a software practitioner (dev, design, agile) for 20+ years, and now I’m a grad student studying how software teams work and what values they promote and practice. If you’ve worked on a software team or teams in a development capacity during the past few years, I’d love to give you a $30CAD Amazon gift card in exchange for approximately 15 minutes of your time filling out an online survey for my research project.

Besides the gift card, my hope is that this research can offer an opportunity to contribute to an understanding of software production as something bigger than a job, something that can help people think and act in different and adaptive ways.
