I’m constantly looking for new themes. I have sensitive eyes and find most themes hurt my eyes as colours too bright and striking. I’m always “Theme Hoping” 😏 My favourites at the moment are; Noctis, Theme3, and Bearded Theme.

github.com/cocopon/iceberg.vim
Includes dark and light themes and feels ascetic and easy for eyes at the same time. Using it everywhere, where it's possible 🙃
And of course it's available for vs code too.

I love WebStorm-like Darcula. I've been working for many years with JetBrains' suite then switched to VSC and decided to have a very similar theme.

I took a theme called “Neon Vommit” (correct spelling) and enhanced it to be really dark. I never looked much beyond it and share it amongst my different devices.

I recently discovered "the best theme", I found it very comfortable to work with, it has good contrast and makes it easy to read the code.
