Global cooperation will also be essential. Just as international treaties regulate nuclear technology, AGI could be subject to similar agreements that limit its potential for misuse and ensure that its benefits are shared equitably. This would require nations to develop a framework for AGI governance, focusing on transparency, safety, and ethical considerations.
