Always strive for feedback from your peers, your lead, and your manager.
Feedbacks are very important for your overall growth and you can use them to improve and also use feedback during discussions with your manager.
5️⃣ Learnings
Keep learning new things and improving yourself.
Share your learnings with the team to increase overall productivity and knowledge
If you solved any common issue, you can share that and in turn it will solve a lot of time of the whole team.
6️⃣ Help
Help others in the team or outside of the team.
If you are experienced, help your juniors to become better and mentor them.
Take help from your seniors to become better and help your seniors or manager to load off some work.
7️⃣ Hackathons
Participate in Hackathons or coding events.
They are a great way to showcase your skills and in the meantime, you build or work on something new.
It’s refreshing, you learn something new and your efforts are appreciated.
Winning is an added advantage.

Show your impact wrt your work, team, and any other things which have helped anyone.
