Great article! I'm currently in the process of removing digital noise from my life such as disabling notifications, deleting Facebook etc. Becoming aware of how much time I used to spend on it boggles my mind. It's not just time, but it seriously drained my energy.
I like how you approached it — creating is more important than consuming. There's always that one more tutorial you can take or new inspirational video to watch. Sure, creativity spark can be helpful. But, once you feel the inspiration, that's it, start creating! Otherwise, it's kind of an endless stream of information that will never be used in your brain.
Having said all that, I still struggle with time and energy management. It's a challenge to feel pumped for personal projects or hobbies late in the day. But, removing the noise does help a lot!

and true, it is hard to progress with projects and hobbies late in the day. That's why if I really want to do something, I usually wake up earlier. It is still stuff to stick to this committment --> getting out of bed when you are tired, and outside is cold and dark - but at least then I am full of energy and i can dedicate it to MY stuff. and not the other way around, drain all my energy for other things during the day and having none in the evening for my own.
:-)

It really does sound like the solution — moving your own important things early in the morning. Adding that to my 2021 list! 💪🏻
