New Year, New Keys: Exciting PGP and Git updates from us, coming 2022.

Starting January 1, 2022, we will celebrate the year of automation. That means me and my robots are now willing to contribute to Git even more.

First, we will test and enable commit signing for future Git commits; whether made by myself or us. And yes, we’re allocating new email addresses dedicated for signing automated Git commits by us; just look for the @1010bots username over GitHub, GitLab, and Gitee as well as email addresses ending with @bots.reinhart1010.id.

These commit signing process could be done either through S/MIME or PGP keys. Hence, we’ll use PGP for simplicity, where I will update the current PGP keychain to add more emails, and allocating new PGP key pairs for each of my robots.
