Loopback is very easy and powerfull to use but is something scarce in your 4 version
Express.js is simple and have a low learning curve
I too find it easy to use
I found Fastify a bit time ago and was impressed by benchmarks (fastify.io/benchmarks/). And it has really simple plugin system.
