I actually break my lunch time into two breaks. As I get hungry early, I eat my sandwiches quickly around 12:15 in the office kitchen. Then I do some more work and have another longer break at 1:15 pm. Usually I go for a walk during the second break and listen to a light podcast. If I could, I'd love to take a nap, but since I can't I do that, just getting some exercise and time away from the screen is also helpful. What do you do?
PS: my company allows for one hour lunch break.

I also take a one hour lunch break.
Half of it goes to a long walk with the dogs and the other half is for having lunch, usually leftovers.
I tend to break around 12:30pm.
