Hi, I Just finished creating my personal website https://www.priteshusadadiya.com using hugo.
This was the first time hands on experience with static site generators (Found Hugo to be awesome for this) and have no idea as to how developers present their work via website / blog.
Project is hosted on Github pages and pointed to custom domain.
Being form Testing word, i don't have any development projects. But i am Hoping to start some soon.
I would love get any review / feedback on this by community. If you have a moment can you have a look at it, https://www.priteshusadadiya.com , and let me know what you think ?

I like the colors you use on that page, not sure if they are default on hugo or not.
You say its a personal site, so is it more like your blog posts about what you love? Or is it more like a site where companies, recruiters etc can find more information about you? If it's no.2 than your site does not tell me much about it except that you are a QA Engineer. If point of your site is to "Sell yourself" you need to add some of the work, what are you good at.
See I was on your site for about 30-45 seconds and it took me good 10 seconds to find "bit more about you" - if you want people to know about you, plaster some button right at the front top page ABOUT ME! ..
That's just my first impression.
thank you for the review @joehobot
yes, it's a personal site but i think i want to make both (personal site which i can use it as a blog as well as some place where companies, recruiters can find me.)
you are right. i need to add more work (i don't have any public work that i can show yet. most work i do is with NDA, so i am trying to put something out there.)
I do have "About" link in menu bar but maybe i can change link text to "About me" or button maybe..?
Development is spelled incorrectly in your main menu on mobile.
Thank you for pointing it out Adam. I will correct it shortly. :)
With that in mind make sure you go through the website with a fine tooth combe for typos, etc.
