I politely disagree.
These 6 skills are absolutely necessary for a good developer to become a great one or to be able to manage a dev team and be a dev lead.
But...
Programming does not teach you any of these. Joining social organizations, taking project management courses, essentially taking classes or finding other ways of learning these soft skills is how you get them.
Otherwise programmers wouldn't literally still have the standard generalization of being antisocial.
Except item 6, if you're a programmer, you probably already like computers and have spent years messing with them so you know more than the average joe.
