This is partly false. Vue is more established, but you have to consider that while you need a Vue "component" library for any type of component that integrates with the Vue lifecycle, this isn't necessary for Svelte. A Svelte component is a DOM component, so any JS library that works with plain DOM works with Svelte. This inherently gives Svelte a much larger library of components than Vue, because Vue components have to be Vue-specific, while JS components do not.
