I don't like to call what you describe as "lazy". The connotation is too negative, and it's not necessarily true.

To me, it's simply prioritizing what's important and automating the rest. With this definition, I'm sure many successful person are "lazy". Still, if there are many things "important" to do, the "lazy" person can still work an insane amount of hours.

Not everything can be automated.
