Hey friend, I am petr from asynchr. I am building an asynchronous hiring tool for remote teams, which tackles the standard practice of using zoom for interviewing candidates.
I've been conducting a research and talking to many developers and a lot of them say that they can't show their real worth because live interviews are just way too stressful and uncomfortable for them.
I was wondering whether you feel the same way or can share your thoughts about zoom interview disatvantages?
