My progress with the final release

Here is a quick update on my progress with theissue, After discussing it with the repository owner, I have set up the database. However, I was advised to wait a little before starting work on the issue since it could potentially create merge conflicts. Although I personally don't mind dealing with merge conflicts, the owner suggested waiting.

I already have a detailed plan of my actions laid out, and I've conducted some experiments on my local branch. Therefore, once I receive the green light to start working on the issue, I can quickly create a pull request.
