My Top 7 WordPress Plugins You Should Try

Be that you have a website on wordpress be that not. You probably know that there are a huge number of plugins for wordpress. And how to understand them? Which ones are necessary for your site and which ones are not?

In this article, I will help you deal with these questions. This is my top 7 plugins without which you can't make porridge, in other words, those plugins that are necessary for almost every site.

SVG Support

SVG Support

By default, worpdress does not allow svg images to be uploaded. And this is a huge disadvantage, but fortunately there is this plugin. It does allow you to upload them, but that's not the only thing it can do:

FEATURES
  • SVG Support for your media library
  • Sanitize SVG uploads
  • Minify SVG files
  • Inline your SVG code
  • Style SVG elements directly using CSS
  • Animate SVG elements using CSS and JS and much more! Full features here: Svg Support Plugin

ELementor / ELementor Pro / ELementor Header/Footer

ELementor

Elementor is a very popular, feature-rich plugin. The plugin provides drag & drop technology, with which, you can create sites quickly and easily. Also, it has as many as 2 additional plugins, which I also use:

  • Elementor Pro - provides even more features than simple elementor such as Slider, Forms, Countdown, Custom css and etc.
  • Elementor Header/Footer - gives you the ability to edit header/footer and also make custom blocks separately

See full plugin features: Elementor

Jetpack

Jetpack

Allows:

  • Automatically back up your site in real time;
  • Manage migration to a new host, migrate theme and plugin files to a new database;
  • Duplicate sites;
  • Create full database backups.

And also:

  • Automatically performs scans for malware and security scans for other code threats. For a complete list of features, see here

MetForm / Contact Form 7

MetForm
I use metform when I make a site on elementor. In other cases contact form 7. Metform allows you to edit the form directly in the elementor editor, which is great for customizations. On the other hand if functionality is more important than appearance then use contact form 7. For the full difference between forms read here.

Thank you for taking the time to read this article and if you are interested, I also have an article about figma plugins, you can read it here.
