I have completed 4 pull requests in Github but in the Hacktoberfest profile page it shows some maturity date beside my contributions so have i completed it or still i have to something ?

Hi there and congratulations on participating your first Hacktoberfest! The rules seem to state it needs to be between Oct 1st - 31st. Also there's a review period of seven days to keep in mind as well.
