Great advice, currently can't seem to move past the day 3, always end up sleeping, my routine of sleeping at 12 am or later doesn't help as well but that is not me, I am in bed everyday at 10 pm but others in the house don't do the same and even the slightest noise wakes me up, so I have decided to join a gym and as soon as I get off work, go to the gym to workout. It helps that I have a locker and shower at the gym as well.
