I have set up a windows 2000 server in profession school. (had a cs 1.6 server running in the background). Then I was the guy that was good with computers.
Was sent to do first level support, after two weeks I never wanted to return to IT ever again.
A month later I was sent to development department to write an application that manages participation in a company event. Was super fun and I stayed.
I'm a coder who has worn a lot of hats, from individual contributor to lead engineer to "CTO" (yes, in quotes, make of that what you will!). I've a lot to learn and hopefully some to share as well.
I played a lot of video games when I was a kid, including Garry's Mod. Garry's Mod has a great scripting ecosystem and I wanted to get in on the action. I learned Lua for that purpose and wrote some simple scripts. After that I learned Linden Scripting Language (for SecondLife). I then went on to learn Java and then PHP soon after. I enjoyed it a lot and didn't have any better ideas for my future, so I decided to get a degree in Computer Science.
Hello, World! I'm jzombie, a passionate software developer with a knack for problem-solving and a love for open-source. I believe in the power of code to change the world and make our lives easier.
Always enjoyed being able to conceptualize some type of functionality and then being able to tell a system how to produce that functionality, a lot of times, for a lot of people.
Web Developer working with node & express
Working fronted end with React js
opened for any discussions & love to help who want to start and give some of my learning to him
I had an idea for an app from 2 years
First i had a design skills because I started as a graphic designer so I learned the UI/UX concepts to be able to design my idea than i asked one of my friends to help me develop it but it didn't went well so i toke the decision to learn how to make it by myself
Accidentally, I discovered that developing os my thing.
Now i am working on my idea and 2 or 3 more projects, one of them is an open source project to help people start easier the developing journey 😄
Lastly i want to thank that person who made me enter this field 😙
