are you using WSL1 or WSL2 ?

you may not have a choice !

it seems you need windows 10 build 18917 or higher to run WSL2 for example i dont have a choice because im running windows 10 ver 1809 build 17763 and windows 10 ver 1909 build 18323 asap

WSL top is interesting

are there any advantages apart from (hyperv) speed by switching to wsl2 ?

WSL2 with docker on windows. I had to go for the insiders build to run it, but does the job do far 🙂
