Traversy Media is hands down one of my favourite Youtube channels. He has in-depth courses on a variety of languages/frameworks and also has loads of videos about self-development and what it is like to work in the industry, especially as a freelancer.
He also seems like a genuinely nice guy and isn't your stereotypical developer.
