My Impact at Forem

Nick Taylor on March 24, 2022

This is my first post about impact. What do I mean by impact? How did you influence the place where you worked? Stuff like big projects or process...

Thank you for everything, Nick. I can't imagine Forem without you but I'm excited to see what you'll do next.

You definitely forgot a big one on this list: POSITIVITY. I have consistently been so impressed with the way you lift others up, encourage everyone, and inject fun and humor into your interactions with everyone — both internally and in the wider community. More appreciated than you know!

As one looks across Silicon Valley, one realises that 'Impact' is more than the frameworks companies use - it's how they dream 🤔 and focus on certain goals.

In Forem's case , the goals were accessibility and testing of various components. Other projects will have other goals. The key is to be versatile (and to not break the functionality in scaling outwards.)🤷‍♂️
