C# (C-Sharp) is a programming language developed by Microsoft that runs on the .NET which is used to develop web apps, desktop apps, mobile apps, games and much more.
Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) is a free framework developed by Microsoft for easy UI development.
What I have observed is, Csharp(Wpf) have a large community, whenever you get stucked, question and answer is available on Stackoverflow or any other blog post.
I have recently started working with Csharp and Wpf.
