At 27 years of age I already took like 2 or 3 social media detoxes until now in the last 2 years and it made me very good, both on my daily job but also in my personal life. I had way much more time to do things I loved and I could focus better during work. Because you mentioned your startup, I recently read a short book about that, it's called Radical Focus. I loved it. I totally recommend it to you. Don't stop asking good questions in life and don't forget to challenge your peers also. You guys are the next generation and the world needs you.
