Hi guys, what advice would you give to someone leading a team of remote developers scattered across the globe, and their timeline only intersects 3 hours a day.
Please share your experiences if you have any.

Since (s)he is not switching to some other developer so i believe these three must be of utmost importance and are master of their fields.
(S)he should simply make a plan and distribute the work between three of them.
They shall work at their work hours and when the intersection occurs they should just talk out the possible issues. Leader must take advantage of this time and ask the team members to report summary of the day at that time.
Those of them just started to work at the very day can report the summary of previos day.
Simple enough ;_;
This makes a lot of sense thank you so much
