I switched to Firefox a year ago ever since Chrome started to use RAM heavily. Around that time, I had started having 2 windows open with several tabs in each while coding. Even some YouTube videos with tutorials were open for reference. Chrome sucked up so much RAM, my laptop, which already had little RAM, started lagging. I tried out Firefox and have never looked back.
Now, Firefox is my primary browser. I still have Chrome around for its DevTools. Ever since there has been news of Chrome selling user data, I stopped using Chrome as much as possible. Instead, I use Brave.
