Live To Love To Learn

The Chinese said: Learning is like rowing upstream: not to advance is to drop back.

Programming is an exciting and dynamic field to work in, there is always something new to learn, new opportunities (problems to solve), so they rarely are required to repeat the same task for years. We are masters of the unknown, continuously faced with: new problems, new situations, new teams, new technologies, or a new combination of them all. As such we are challenged to learn continuously, to increase our skills and our capabilities.The feeling of stagnation often happens to many people, one of the most practical steps you can take to get out of the furrow, is making a conscious effort to learn something new.
