(error: Entry Point Not Found) The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library

I'm new to CodeBlocks and just tried to install and use it after i can't uses Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code because it to lag for my computer. All seems to going well, i did follow the tutorial on this site:

But when it went to last step is open the project i created and i did it too but it doesn't show like on tutorial and it show this:

I did try some solutions like searches on google or asks for help on Discord but it seems doesn't works anymore
