Vote for backend framework according to your experince

Hello Developers!

I'm a Frontend developer (Vue, Nuxt)
I wanna to learn server side framework
I saw many developers said Laravel is the most productive Framework but I'm not famillier with PHP so I need your advice which framework better this days for productivity and job hiring.

1- Laravel
or
2- NodeJS framework such as (NestJS or AdonisJS)
