How to load gradle changes in ktor kotlin project in intellij idea

open build.gradle file and then :
ctrl + shift + o

or

small elephant icon comes => click on it.

this small icon is often missed and user wonders how to load changes to gradle files :)

Android studio gets link to do this but intellij idea gets icon :) which can be missed.
