the route /email/resend returns : The GET method is not supported for this route

After the upgrade from larave 5.8 to 6 then to Laravel 7 , when I try to resend the password , this link http://localhost:3000/email/resend

return me the error bellow :

Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Exception\MethodNotAllowedHttpException
The GET method is not supported for this route. Supported methods: POST.

Should I create it manually ?
