I twote to Slack yesterday about something to do with their dark mode and they got back to me very quickly with a similar "it's on the cards" type response. I'm satisfied with that, I guess.
Your example of the Twitter username is even more confusing, I think, because my second attempt would have been to try using @ in front of my username. That would make 4 attempts before hitting the magic jackpot!
