The budget in my opinion has increased this year, you can see it in the new equipment in the hospitals. We bought a hospital bed and a bed table for our grandfather from shelden-healthcare.co.uk/hospital-... and got a 5% discount. There was no specific program we could benefit from a discount; it was a discount from the store. And I'm glad we can save this way because now there are more and more such expenses for medicines, treatments and so on. It's painful to see your loved ones staying in bed and suffering. But this is life, and we have to accept it.
