I have been developing iOS applications since more than a year. Now that I have just taken my last semester exams and complete FYP in iOS as well, I have been dropping Resume along with well written Cover Letter to some companies and I get rejection every time. Maybe it is because that my Resume isn't well formatted. Can someone from my connections review my Resume ?

A couple of things:
Overall it seems you have the necessary experience to get a job, but the CV does not show that.
Maybe try checking some other people's CV to get inspiration from.

Did the companies give any explanation about why they rejected it?
no they simply say that you are not fit for this job.
I would also recommend (if possible), that you share links to your projects, so they can check them out!
