This article series is really great. I wished I read this when I started working 2 years ago. I had to learn transactions and DB deadlocks the hard way. PostgreSQL has very extensive documentation, but it is really hard for someone to go through and understand it all. I believe there are lots of engineers who can benefit from this series.
